The Avery House, Carriage House, and expansive yard can be rented as a wedding venue and event venue for receptions, parties, photo shoots, corporate socials, meetings, birthdays, anniversaries, and family and friends gatherings.
This beautiful, historic setting for a wedding venue features a gazebo and beautiful grounds with historically accurate plantings.
The Avery House grounds are suitable for up to 125 guests.
Inside the Avery House offers an intimate setting for up to 30.
The Carriage House can be rented for meetings, corporate events, and family and friends parties, seating up to 40 people.
The Avery House can also be rented to allow wedding and event guests private tours of this wonderful Victorian house.
