Weddings and Special Events Rentals

The Avery House, Carriage House, and expansive yard can be rented as a wedding and event venue for receptions, parties, photo shoots, corporate socials, meetings, birthdays, anniversaries, and family and friend gatherings.

The house and grounds are a beautiful, historic wedding venue featuring a gazebo and historically accurate plantings.

The 1879 Avery House grounds comfortably accommodate up to 125 guests.

Inside the Avery House offers an intimate setting for up to 30.
The Carriage House can be rented for meetings, corporate events, and family and friends parties, seating up to 40 people.
The Avery House can also be rented to allow wedding and event guests private tours of this wonderful Victorian house.
The Avery House grounds can host a wide variety of events:
- weddings, ceremonies, and receptions
- bridal showers and baby showers
- family gatherings and celebrations
- birthday and anniversary parties
- office parties and client receptions
- teas in the garden
- celebrations of life

The Avery House, Carriage House, and yard offer a unique outdoor, downtown Fort Collins location as a wedding venue. This venue provides an intimate, romantic setting for ceremonies and receptions. The location also offers exquisite opportunities for wedding photography. The gazebo, lush grounds, and Avery front porch have proven to be favorite wedding photography and senior portrait backdrops.
