Tour the historic 1883 Water Works pump house and property. Come see how Fort Collins, Colorado built a small-scale publicly constructed water delivery system that improved everyday life for its citizens in the 1880’s.
Local historians, Ken Jessen and Wayne Sundberg will be on-site from 10am-noon signing books and answering your Fort Collins history questions.
Tours are led by Friends of the Water Works volunteer docents. Admission is FREE, no reservation is required and donations are appreciated. Open House events occur on the second Saturday of the month, May through October.
