All costumed-up with no place to go for Halloween? Experience the history of Halloween after hours in the candle-lit rooms of the Avery House. Find out where our traditions started, why bobbing for apples was so important to Victorians, and many other tidbits during these special Halloween-themed evening tours of the Avery House.

Tours will be offered on Friday, October 28 and Saturday, October 29, 2022, between 6:00 and 8:00 pm (with tours starting on the hour and half-hour; last tour starts at 8:00 pm.) Guests should check in at the Carriage House before starting their tour.

Tickets include hot apple cider and a piece of pie. Costumes encouraged!

Please note that the tour may not be appropriate for small children. We will be handing out candy on Halloween, and encourage you to bring children then.
