Avery House Tours and Open Houses

Open House Hours

Join us for a one-hour tour:
Saturdays: 11AM - 2PM.
Sundays: 1PM - 4PM.

Tours start approximately every 30 minutes.
Final Saturday tour begins at 1PM
Final Sunday tour begins at 3PM

Tour admission rates are $6 per adult guest, $5 for seniors and $4 per child with an accompanying parent or guardian. Additional donations are appreciated.

For public safety, your comfort and the preservation of The Avery House, no more than 60 persons may be on a single tour. The Avery House is an historic landmark and is not A.D.A. compliant. Use of stairs is required to tour the entire home.


Group Tours

Private tours for groups of between 10 and 60 people are available. Tours last 45 - 60 minutes.

Please allow at least three weeks for a tour to be arranged.

To request a tour for a group of 10 or more, please fill out the form below or contact us via email at tours@poudrelandmarks.org or by phone (970) 221-0533. We generally reply within 1 to 3 business days, so please monitor your spam folder.

For private tour scheduling, your group must have a minimum of 10 persons or meet a minimum $60 tour fee. Tour fees help us continue to offer group tours and historic preservation programs. Thank you!
